Cross-Canada Blog Hop - Valentine's Theme

Welcome to our January Blog Hop featuring Valentine’s Inspiration.  To purchase any of the items seen in our blog hop today, contact your local consultant to place an order.

We hope that you will take the time to leave comments on our posts, as we love to get feedback from our viewers....whether it was something that you really liked or some new technique that was used that you would like to learn how to do....by leaving us comments, we get to hear what you like, and what you want to see. Thank you… now on to our hop!

If you have just hopped onto my blog, you can start here as this is a circular hop, but if you want to follow us across Canada then please start at the beginning and join Julie at 12x12travels.blogspot.ca. If you came from Chantal of It's a Hoot Papercrafts then you are in the right place!

I created this page by using our gorgeous Heartstrings Paper Packet, Heartstrings Complements and Heartstrings Assortment. I stamped using Lagoon and Flaxen ink and our versatile Amour stamp set. I also added some bling by adding teal shimmer trim (one of my favorite products!).
I used a card from the Picture My Life Heartstrings Scrapbooking Program to create the card above. To create some dimension and added texture, I used Liquid Glass on the quote and I created the card base using a White Daisy card but sprayed it using our Spray Pen that had Hollyhock ink and water.

I created this fun, easy card using Cranberry cardstock and embossing it using our new Heart Embossing Folder. Next I used the border sticker from Heartstrings Complements as well as White Shimmer Trim. To embellish, I used stickers from the Heartstrings Complements with our 3D Foam Tape as well as a badge button from Heartstrings Assortment.

To create this card, I used our Cricut Artfully Sent Cartridge! I LOVE this cartridge - the versatility is limitless! It creates cards that look difficult so easily! You'll look like a pro! I also stamped hearts for the front of the card from the Forever in My Heart stamp set using Cranberry and Slate Ink. I used a card from the Picture My Life Heartstrings Scrapbooking Program. I also used our spray pen with Cranberry ink and water to create a piece for the front of the card as well as the inside of the card. In addition to that, I used the zip-strip from the Heartstrings Paper Packet as part of the front of the card.

This simple Picture My Life card can be used in your scrapbook or to give to someone you love. I used our Cricut Artfully Sent cartridge as well as paper from the Heartstrings Paper Packet, Lagoon Ink, Slate Ink, stamp set from the Heartstrings Workshop on the Go kit, Heart sticker from the Stuck on You Puffies, and Red Shimmer Trim on the back of the card.

I used the following Close to My Heart products to create my layout, cards, and Picture My Life card:

New TV Seasons - What Do You Watch?

Hi all!

I spent my day cleaning up our basement (hoping to develop our walkout basement this year!) and while I was doing that I enraptured with watching "Leave it to Bryan" and then later "House of Bryan - In the Sticks". What TV show/series do you love to watch? On the note about developing our basement this year, I wish I could get Bryan's help - lol! I was telling Aaron that he could be Western Canada's Byran Baeumler!

Please leave your comments! I will randomly pick a winner from those who leave a comment! You will win a Close to My Heart acrylic stamp set!

Enjoy!
